hi�my�mother�passed�recently�and�she�has�an�anuity�with�all�6�children�as�benificarys,�the�problem�is�that�2�yrs�ago�a�brother�of�mine�(married�with�no�children)�and�a�sister�(�married�with�1�child)��passed�away.�where�would�their�shares�of�this�go

It depends on how the beneficiary designafion reads. If it says equally to her children then only those children who are still living will receive an inferest. If it says to my children per stirpes then the deceased children's children will receive their share.
