Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

I was hired to repair a house by the executor's of an estate. They have rejected my bill. How and where do I file a lien against the estate? Will it be a construction Lien? Thank you.

I suggest you file a claim against the estate if you still can. You should also be able to file a mechanics lien against the real estate.
