home left by father that passed away

My father passed away in 07, can I force the sell of his home as I have two bothers living in it for free. I want to know how to get my share of the value of his home. Also if there was money left in his bank account that may have been taken and spent.

Start probate. That will solve your problem.

If probate administration hasn't begun, you can file a motion in the county court where your father resided to produce the will.
