my husband passed away two years ago.now his father has passed away do i have the legal right to my husband inheritance from his father

The answer to your question depends on a number of factors. If your father-in-law did not have a will then you would not have a right to any inheritance but your husband's children, if any, might have a right to an inheritance if there was no surviving spouse or if the surviving spouse was not the mother of all of your father-in-laws children.

If your father-in-law died with a will, it is possible that he might have provided for you in his will. In my experience it is not usual to provide for in-laws in wills but it does occurr. Again your children may have a right to your husband's inheritance.
