Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
My husband and his two siblings share ownership of a house occupied by their great aunt. Should my husband die before their great aunt, am I entitled to his third or does it legally go to the two siblings?
Thank you!

You need to look at how the deed is worded. If it has the words joint with right of surviorship then the property would pass to the other two siblings upon your husband's death. If that language is not present then the property is held as cotenants which means your husband's third would pass according to his will or if does not have a will according to the laws of the State of Ohio.
