Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
My husband and I signed wills in Florida in 1989, but we've lived in Ohio for about 20 years, are these wills still valid in the state of Ohio

Those wills would be valid in the State of Ohio if they were properly signed in Florida. However, since they are 20 years old I would suggest that you consult with an Ohio attorney to make sure they will carry out your wishes and do not need to be updated.
