Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
My husband had a will made when he was married to someone else leaving everything in his name to his ex wife. We have not made a will yet. Is the only will that he has made still valid? I am concerned that all the assests that we have will go to "her" if my husband should die.

I suggest that the will be destroyed and a new one created to reflect the new circumstances. At the very last, destroy the old will.
