my husband and his two sisters are selling a home that has all three names on the deed. they plan to put the money in the bank in all three names. if something would happen to my husband, when it came time to split the money who would get his share? he has a daughter.

If the account is opened as joint tenants with right of survivorship the account would go to his two sisters and your husband's daughter would not get anything.
