Inheritance

I am getting divorced. My sick Uncle has included me in his will. He will probably pass before my divorce is completed. Is my Husband entitled to part of my inheritance?

Only assets which result from the efforts of the marraige participants are subject to division. This does not include gifts and inheritences so long as these assets can be separately identified. As long as you keep this inheritence in your own mane and account it is yours alone.
