My dad gave me a money loan my dad died no papers were ever signed about the loan my brother is exectior of will he wants the attorney to deduct the money from my part of the inhertiance can the attorney do this?

Probably, it depends on the amount of evidence there is of the loan. If you've already acknowledged the loan, you will most likely have to pay.
