Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

Inter Vivos Trusts

I would like to know how I could obtain a copy of a inter vivos trust established by my father in l991 where my sister, myself and children are all mentioned. My stepmother nor the other trustees have allowed us to receive a copy. Trustees are First Natonal Bank of Zanesville, my stepmother and an unknown individual, I assume is an employee of the bank. Do I have any rights? I have a copy of my father's will filed in 1991 and closed in 1994 but a copy of the Trust was not included but assets of Trust C and Trust B are mentioned in the will as definitions of children are mentioned and defined in an attached codicille.

Re: Inter Vivos Trusts

You should petition the Probate Court to take jurisdiction of the Intervivos Trust for the purpose of asserting your rights.
