Inventory of Personal Property by executor

This applies to an Ohio estate. Is there an inventory of personal property that the executor is required to do as part of probating the estate? How much time do they have to complete it? With whom is it filed?

Yes, the executor must file that before the case is resolved. It is filed with the county common pleas court - Probate Division - whatever county the deceased lived in before death.
