Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
My late inlaws has a home that has a second mortgage of about $25000 left on it and medicaid has a 33000 lien on it from when my mother inlaw was sick. their son who is my husband now , and i have been living back and forth from there to my apartment for a year now and we are trying to figure out a way we can keep the house. are there certain types of loans or grants to apply for? what do we do or where do we go from here?

Did your inlaws have anything left in their estate? You will need an attorney to fight for you in this. I would argue that a payment plan could be set up for you to pay this debt to get the lien off the home.
