Should lawyer have a copy?
a Will is drawn up with an attorney and 'recorded', but later on a new will is drawn up and not 'recorded', should the attorney that drew up the newest Will have a copy of it?

It will depend on that attorney's procedures. Many keep the originals for thier clients, many only keep a photocopy as a conveneince (such as myself).
I'd say it is likely that the attorney has at least a photocopy.
