lawyer fee
who is responsible to pay lawyer fees?..,father passed away with a will,there are siblings,one of which is the executer, ..does lawyer need paid before release of titles?

Attorney fees are an expense of administration, which is one of the priority debts of an estate. The estate owes the fees. All expenses must be paid before the estate can be closed, unless the estate is insolvent.
