legal notice for name change
How do you word a legal notice of name change for a minor whose father cannot be located, and what publications can it be printed in? I understand it must be printed for 30-days or 4 weeks, but that is all the info. the probate court would give me; aside from mailing the court related legal documents to me. The name change would be from the foreign spelling to the english version & spelling.

It must be in a publication of general circulation. Most counties have a legal news in which to publish legal notice. Look in the yellow pages for such a publication. or ask the librarian at the public library.
