Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
We live in Ohio & are thinking about moving to West Virginia. Will we need to get new Wills, POA, Living Wills, Health POA, etc. in that State?

Not necessarily but you should have a WV attorney review them to make sure there are not any differences in WV law that would cause problems.
