Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

Say I do not live in Pennsylvania. Can a Pennsylvania attorney create my will? Will it be valid in say, Ohio?

The will may very well be a valid will, if it meets the state's requirements; however, the attorney may be at risk for practicing without a Pennsylvania license if that is the case.
