Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

Living rights of senior citizen

My grandmother owned her home and signed it over to my father and her three other children (each child owns 25% of the house). According to the document through her lawyers, she has ''living rights'' to the house. I basically need to find out if other people (even if they are family) are allowed to live there against the wishes of 3 of the homeowners (my father and 2 of the 3 siblings).
