Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

living trusts/2nd marriaged

I was unofficially married in Aruba on May 5, 06. We had a ceremony and got a certificate called a''commitment promise''. Our legal marriage in the state of Ohio occurred on Sept 2, 2006. I just found out that my husband made a living trust and signed , dated and had it notarized that he was a divorced man and not married on May 31, 2006. He put our house that he bought together in April 06 (without my name on the title though I fronted $ for the down payment) into the living trust for his children. Do I have any rights to the house now that we are married and is what he did legal? Obviously, I am shocked but want to know if something happens to him, would I have to probate this or would I have rights to the house automatically since we are NOW legally married? He told me that I was the benificiary to his life insurance and mutual funds (and I signed to allow him to be for mine) but also found out that all of that is in the living trust also. Thanks for your time.

Have you seen a copy of this trust? I suggest that an estate attorney review this for you. He obviously received advice from the attorney who prepared it for him.
