Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

A Living Will

My grandfather had a living will but since my parents are divorced my family was not privy to any of the information within it. All we know is that there was a trust for the children and the grandchildren. My fathers family has been very closed mouth about it, not returning calls, not answering letters etc...

How do we go about finding what is exactly stated in a living trust? My father is mia {yet thought still to be alive} is listed as a beneficiary... he has not been around for several years, {10 to be exact} what are our options of finding a way to 'gain' control of the living will in his stead?

Sorry for the long question, and I hope that you could help me.

Re: A Living Will

Did your grandfather have a will or a living trust? If a living trust, then you should first contact the family and ask. If not successful, you will probably need an attorney's help. Regardling your father, if he is presumed alive, then he is a beneficiary. He may need a representative. This part is complicated so that you should speak with an attorney.
