Can I make out a will on line, get it notarized and then put it away until I die and then have who I name as Power of Attorney get it recorded?

The short answer is no. Wills in Ohio are not notarized, they are witnessed by 2 adults that are not recipients in the will, among other conditions. Furthermore, your power of attorney ceases to work upon your death. I would suggest you meet with an estate planning attorney. Our firm provides free consultations for this.
