Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
A never married, no children or grandchildren beneficiary of a trust dies after the maker of the trust. The trust says distribution of the trust goes to lineal descendants per stirpes. What happens to this beneficiary's share after his death?

If this is the case, then the lineal descendants are first the parents, next the siblings, next the children of the siblings. If neices and nephews are deceased,their shares to their children.
