Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
When someone who is married, has a will made before being married, is that will active. They had not made a new will. The death occurred in Ohio, the will was made in Pennsylvania. Thanks

The will made before the marriage is still valid, but a surviving spouse has certain rights and may be entitled to a share of the probate property.
