Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

My mom passed away 11/2 years ago, she had no estate all she had was 1993 ford escort. She had awill but it wasnt noterized, How do I get the car in my name so I can get rid of it.

You will need to go to the probate cour t and get permission to transfer the care title. If the only asset was the car you should be able to do a Release from Administration.
