Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
I have money gifted to me by Mom 4 years ago. It is solely in my name. Mom passed away this month. Can siblings sue me for any of this?

If it is truly a gift, the answer is no. But if it was a loan, then her estate would have a legal claim against you to collect the loan repayment. That right could be enforced against you in a probate case opened to settle your estate. Then the money would be distributed to the heirs in accordance with her will if she had one, or under the law of intestate succession if she did not have a will
