Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

a month before i turned 18 when i was going to be distributed my trust fund. my mother changed the type of trust to one with a distribution age of 25-28 was she legally able to do this withought my permission consent or knowledge?

It would depend on the type of trust and the language in the trust document. You should have an attorney review the trust and determine if the change was legal and binding.
