Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
My morher is in a nursing home. I am her son And my niece is on all of her papers as emergency contacts. How can I have that changed?

If your mother is still competent she can change that. If she is not you may need to be appointed guardian.

I agree with the above answer. If she is still compentent, she can appoint you power of attorney for her for both financial and healthcare matters.
