Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
My mother left cash in her will for her grandchildren. The will was written years ago. My mother spent the cash on her home to remodel, a few years ago. What happens now that the cash is gone?

It would depend on how the will provision reads but most likely if the cash is gone, so is the inheritance to the grandchildren. However, the will would need to be evaluated for a better answer.
