Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
my mother passed away july 13 2010 in ohio, she is survived by a second husband and my self her daughter, i know there was no will of record, and her property is in joint ownership, my question is will her estate go to probate automatically, and what will happen to all her personal assets.

The property in joint ownership will not be probated. Other assets may have to be probated. This depends on how what those assets are and how they were held.
