Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
My mother passed away six years ago. At that time both my parents had a will which stated I was to inherit all her belongings. This will never went into probate because my father was still aliv.. My father passed away recently and now my brother (the executor... Who isn't legally an executor because this will hasn't gone to probate yet either) claims my mother's things became my father's and now he decides what becomes of them. Should I worry?

You are entitled to get an attorney to represent you in this matter to determine if he is handling the estate properly. If your mother passed, most likely her assets became your father's and your father's will would dictate how those assets are distributed. This would need to be confirmed by the provisions in their wills.
