Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
Mothers car.
My mother passed away at the end of 2007. Her estate was probated and pased to my dad at the end of in January of 2009. My father passed away in March of 2009.My mothers car was not included in probate because the att. stated at the time that it did not have enough value ( only about $400) and just transfer it at the DMV to my father. My father died before I had time to do this. What can I do with the car now so that I can sell it to help pay his outstanding bills.

Re: Mothers car.
You will need to apply to the probate court to reopen your mother's estate.
You should contact a probate attorney to assist you in this matter.
