Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

multiple wills

What if 2 different will exist.

Which one takes precedent? Is it determined by date?

What if the earlier one is filed with the court and the later is not.

Does that have any bering and how?

Re: multiple wills

The valid will is the latest will as it is the most recent expresion of his or her intent. You could contest the will statin that you have a more recent will and the Court will probably accept the morre recent will.
