Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
objection to fiduciary's account
I did not sign the waive of a hearing for the fiduciary account on my mother's estate because some of the charges are not related to the estate. There are also late charges on all of the bills the estate has paid for in the past year. I would like these charges removed, and the late fee's deducted from the fiduciary's fees. What forms do I need to file with the courts? There doesn't seem to be any for this purpose in the on-line forms for estates in Montgomery county.

Re: objection to fiduciary's account
You need to file your specific objections in writing at least 5 business days prior to th hearing. There is no standard form for doing this, so I would be as specific and detailed as possible.
