Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

In ohio, is there a time limit on the distribution of assets of an estate ? the federal and state tax returns have been filed and paid. the accounting has been through probate, but the executors and their lawyers are stalling me for my share. is there a time limit ?

Based on what you have stated distributions should have been made. You need to check to see if the accounting was a final account. If so and distribuitons have not been made then I woudl file objections to the account.
