Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
ohio will
Hi, in a Ohio will, do I need to use the term--(My Executors shall pay my enforceable unsecured debts)--to ensure that the mortgage of our home would not have to be paid off--to just continue making the payments as they are set up now for the person that the home is left to.

A mortage is normally a secured debt unless this was a private loan. Perhaps you want to add 'secured and unsecured' debts to your will.
