Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
Who pays the Probate Attorney?
Who pays the attorney? Does the executor? And can they deduct the money from the inheritance?
Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Re: Who pays the Probate Attorney?
Attorney fees for estate adminstration are an expense of the estate and are paid from the probate assets by the executor. Under Ohio law attorney's may only be paid at the end of the estate adminstration and must get the consent of the estate beneficiaires.
This is intended as general legal informtion and is not legal advise nor does it create an attorney client relationship.
