P.O.D. (payable on death documents)
When signing these forms for P.O.D
on bank accounts, must the beneficiaries named on the bank form match the names in my will?

Distribution of payable on death accounts at your death is handled outside your will, and the persons named do not have to be the same as in your will. Probate does not control POD accounts.
