Property

My family's property is in only my sisters name. Is there a way to put the property into a family trust so that we all have legal rights to it?

It sounds as though your sister is the current owner. If so, she would have to agree to this and sign it over to a trust created for the benefit of the family.

Without consent of your sisters, you cannot do any thing as the ownership stands in thier name. Contect and consult any legal attorney in this regard.
