Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

Reading of Wills

My Father died 2yrs ago in california but was shipped to Ohio to be buried,I knew he had a will made up a while ago before his illness and death.

How can we find out and then have it read to all of

his kids .His wife knew but before his death she didnt talk to his kids. So she wont tell us or let us know? thank you

I would suggest that you contact the probate court in the California county where your father died, and see if his will has already been admitted to probate. If not, then you might file probate papers, and get anestate started yourself.
