Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
I have received waviors for the final accounting and lawyer fees for probate, I am not the fiduciary and I didn't hire the lawyer. Should I sign or not sign these waviors?

By signing the waiver, you are agreeing to everything contained in the accounting and the attorney fees for the estate attorney and it can be approved without a hearing. If you have questions, objections or do not agree with what is listed, do not sign. Without signed waivers, the matter will be set for hearing. You can file exceptions to the account and set forth your objections.
