Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

Relative died, can I continue or take over payments on the Car?

My grandfather died the other day, he had a Mini Van and had a loan on it. I use this van for every day use and do not have a car of my own. I was wondering how to handle this because I may be interested in buying it myself if possible (for a lower price of course). Should I drive this van until they notify me, or call them etc?

As long as you're not trying to hide the fact that you have the van, I don't see why you can't continue to drive it. You should talk with the attorney handling the probate or whoever is going to be the executor about buying the van.
