Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

what right's do we have on my father's estate. My sibling and I each receive 5%. He passed away last may and we have yet to hear from the executrix or lawyer about it. He owned a business and some real estate, but as it turns out he was in a lot of debt. They are claiming nothing is left. However, the executrix (who is also the other 90%) is now president of his company and it's still running with a profit. We would have at least liked to look at his personal belongings before they were sold.
