Sample letter requesting listing of items removed from the estate
I'm looking for a sample letter to send to the executrix of my mother's estate requesting a detailed listing of all items she removed from the estate.

I doubt that you're going to get any kind of a favorable response to such a letter. If you believe that assets have been removed from the estate, you need to file a motion with the probate court, and prove that such items existed at the decedent's death, and that they were not sold or exchanged to pay off estate debts.
