Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

ScrewyThings with Will and Grandfathers Estate after 7 years

Is there any possibility that a will that has already went through probate and the case has been closed to be reopened?

When my grandfather died in 1997, 3 days later my uncle had my grandmother sign a paper that turned everything over to him supposedly, my grandgather had a will that left everything to my grandmother unless she died first then it left everything to my sister and myself. My grandmother died in 2002 without a will and the estate has never been probated. Now my mother has an attorney telling her that because of all the shady stuff that happened with my uncle having my grandmother sign this paper that there is a possibly to go back to the original will which left everything to my sister an myself. Can this happen?

There is A LOT more to this story but I am limited to 1250 charachters in this post.

Yes, it's possible; but it's up to the Judge.
