Should I sign a wavier of notice of hearing on my mothers inventory of her will

Before you sign a waiver of notice, make sure you have carefully reviewed the inventory and believe it to be accurate. If you do not sign the waiver, the matter will be set for hearing and you will need to file your exceptions to the inventory prior to the hearing and attend the hearing to argue your objections.
