signing a Waver of Notice of Probate of Will

By signing the Waver of Notice of Probate of Will will I be giving up any right to contest the Will and the way the executor , a non family party , has misshandeled the execution of said will by dispensing of the assests of the decease by excluding a party named in the will

Signing the waiver just indicates that you have notice of the probate of the will.

Please be aware that you only have three months to contest the will so you will want to contact an attorny as soon as possible.
