Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

simple will

My parents have a simple will leaving everything to the other, but nothing about when they both die. Will the estate be left to all born children, or to the living children? Also would a video recording of what they wanted to do with their assets be sufficient in a court of law? My parents are 81. My mother has alzheimers and I just can't get my dad to see a lawyer. I need help before my dad can't take care of things. Thank you.

Re: simple will

The esatate will be left to all legal children (even adopted). If a child has predeceased, their share will go to their heirs per stirpes.
