Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
My sister has been named executor of my father's will, which I have no problem with. The problem is she has taken full control of my mom's expenses with no over sight. Does she have to share info of expenses being paid and be accountable for the expenses

As executor, your sister is fully responsible for safeguarding your father's assets as they are transferred to the proper people or other entities. I am assuming (maybe incorrectly) that your father's assets are all going to your mother.
Your mother's expenses are a different matter. If she is helping to pay bills, etc. this may be reflected in the probate papers or it may not. You can always go to county probate court and request the file and look through it
But your more direct bet would be to talk with your mother and your sister if the relationship isn't too strained. If you really believe your sister is not handling your father's assets correctly, you can also file a motion to remove her as executor. This would be filed under the same case number and in the same probate court.
