My sons father was murdered. � woman he dated lied and said they were married and took all of his things. My son is devastated. He is only 11. What can i do?

If there was probate assets involved and she lied about being his wife, that is a criminal act. If they were household possession, then you can demand them from her or even open up a probate estate to go after her for his possessions.
